2. BOOKING TERMS
2.1 How to Book

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 Customer Cancellations

We may wait up to 15 minutes past tour start time depending on other tours booked that day. You may also be offered the opportunity to reschedule into the next available tour in order to keep other bookings running on time.

If We Cancel Your Tour:

4.3 Partial Cancellations
Reducing Number of Guests:

4.4 No-Refund Circumstances

You voluntarily leave tour early

You are refused entry due to safety concerns (intoxication, inappropriate behaviour)

You fail to meet tour requirements (closed-toe shoes)

You arrive late and miss the tour

You provide false information in your booking

5. TOUR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Age Requirements
All Ages Welcome:

Tours suitable for all ages

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children
Infants and Young Children:

Must wear safety helmets (no exceptions)

If uncomfortable with helmets, may not enjoy experience

Parent may be asked to step out if child becomes distressed

Strollers not permitted underground

5.2 Mandatory Safety Equipment
All Participants Must Wear:

If You Arrive Without Proper Footwear:

You will not be permitted on the tour

5.3 Physical Requirements
Tour Involves:

Walking for 45-55 minutes on uneven surfaces
-
Standing while listening to guide
-
Navigating one moderate slope (1:6 gradient)

Ducking in some areas if over 180cm (5'11") tall

No stairs or crawling required
You Should Have:

Average mobility
-
Ability to walk for extended periods
-
Balance and stability on uneven ground
Not Suitable For:

Wheelchairs or mobility scooters (underground)

Severe mobility limitations
-
Recent surgeries affecting mobility

5.4 Health and Medical Conditions

No locked doors or enclosed spaces

No crawling required

Guides can escort you out anytime

Many people with mild claustrophobia complete tour successfully
If You Experience Distress:

Inform your guide immediately

No refund for early exit

6. SAFETY RULES AND CONDUCT
6.1 Mandatory Safety Rules
You Must:

Follow all guide instructions at all times

Wear provided safety helmet throughout tour

Stay with your group and guide

Not wander off or explore independently

Watch your step on uneven surfaces

Use handrails where provided
-
Keep children supervised and within reach
You Must Not:

Touch or remove any artefacts or equipment

Smoke anywhere on mine property

Consume alcohol or drugs before or during tour

Enter restricted or unmarked areas

Bring large bags or backpacks underground

6.2 Prohibited Behaviour
The Following Are Strictly Prohibited:

Intoxication or drug use

Dangerous, reckless, or aggressive behavior

Harassment of staff, guides, or other visitors

Vandalism or damage to property
-
Theft of artifacts or equipment
-
Ignoring safety instructions
-
Disturbing other tour participants
Consequences:

Immediate removal from tour

No refund
-
Possible ban from future visits

Police involvement if necessary

6.3 Supervision of Children
Parents/Guardians Must:

Supervise children at all times

Ensure children follow safety rules

Keep children within arm's reach underground

Prevent children from running or climbing

Tour Guides Have Authority To:

Stop the tour if safety concerns arise

Guide Decisions Are Final:

7. LIABILITY AND RISK
